Skywatch Friday: Palmer Park

A view from Palmer Park, an urban mountain with lots of hiking trails in central Colorado Springs.  With Colorado's "Safer at Home" we're not supposed to travel more than 10 miles from home for recreation so I've been discovering lots of new trails to explore.

I love the beautiful red soil and rocks that give Colorado its name.

That's a beautiful sight!!
We are not under a mileage limit. We couldn't go very many places within 10 miles.

Great view! You're lucky you have nice trails nearby. Not in my neighborhood.

Beautiful picture. I really like the contrast of colors between the foreground and the sky.
That looks like a beautiful overlook!
So beautiful. So glad you are finding more treasures close to home.

Close to home is always a neat SURPRISE. I realize that I was passing by so many adventures and lessons learned daily. Happy Trails to you (Roy Rodgers)! Be safe.
