Ram Country
We had a great weekend!
On Saturday we made the trek up to Ft. Collins and Ag Day followed by the CSU vs. Tulsa football game. Now, in case you haven't heard, the Rams are doing great this year. They are 4-1 and had a big win over Boston College last week and Tulsa this week.
Cam the Ram was there along with his really cool trailer.
Look at that beautiful blue sky in Ram Country!

The stadium was filled with orange. The school celebrates its agricultural history at this game. The players and fans wear orange to honor when the school was known as Colorado A & M.
After the game I had to embarrass Jillian by insisting that we get our picture with the Cam back drop.
Then we headed over to the campus. It's impossible to go to Ft. Collins without taking a tour around campus. As I've posted before, it's the most beautiful campus on earth.
We were with Jillian and Brian and some 4-H friends. One of these girls is on Jillian's judging team and although she's only a sophomore in high school she plans to attend CSU. Smart girl! We had to visit the newly remodeled Animal Sciences building and it is beautiful!
Of course any day is better as long as this great looking dude is with me. Love him! (Notice the orange shirt? Deep down we all know he's a Broncos fan!)
CSU even has really cool bicycle signs on the bike paths.
We tried to have dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in Ft. Collins, The Rio, but it was packed. We decided to load up in our vehicles and head to The Rio in Lone Tree which is south of Denver. It was awesome even without a margarita. We got home late, but it was a fantastic Ram day!
My blogging will be sparse this month. I'll be traveling back and forth to work in Wichita for the next three weeks and I'm not taking my usual "blogging" computer along. I'm going to force myself to use my new Lenovo Thinkpad that my work issued me. So far we haven't gotten along too well.
Have a good week!
